Cancellation Policy

Sixty Acres – Zoom Call / Application Cancellation & No-Show Policy I value your time and my time. To keep things fair for everyone on our waiting list, please read the following policy before booking a Zoom call or confirming an In Person appointment. Rescheduling (with notice) If you need to change your appointment time, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With appropriate notice, you’re welcome to reschedule once with no fuss. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled time may be treated the same as a no-show, at my discretion, as that appointment time can’t usually be offered to another family. No-shows (missed appointment) If you do not attend your appointment (a “no-show”), you forfeit your position on our waiting list. A no-show also means you run the risk of no longer being eligible for a Sixty Acres puppy going forward. Running late If you’re running late, please message me as soon as possible. 0414 527 795 If you are more than 10 minutes late without contact, the session may be marked as a no-show. Why this matters My waiting list includes families who are ready and committed. Holding appointment spots for no-shows isn’t fair to them—or sustainable for me—so I keep this boundary clear. If something genuine and unexpected happens (life happens!), please reach out promptly and I’ll assess the situation kindly and case-by-case.
